Reservations
Most of our bookings are handled by email kluanegreensprout@gmail.com or telephone (867) 332-1774. Once you have decided on your booking dates and communicate those to us, we will confirm your reservation, block off the calendar and issue you an invoice for the cost of your stay. In order to maintain your confirmation, 50% of the invoice must be paid within 14 days of issuance of the invoice. The balance of the invoice is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-in/check-out
Our usual check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and we ask that you check-out by noon on the day of your departure.If you would like to check-in earlier or depart later please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you
Payment methods
Visa payments by phone or email transfers are the preferred methods of payment, although we will accept cheques by mail if there is sufficient lead time.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded. In the event that you cancel your stay with less notice and we are able to replace your booking, your payment will be refunded. If not the following provisions apply: Cancellations made 14-30 days prior to check-in will be 50% refunded.Deposits will be forfeit if cancellations are made less than 14 days from check-in.
